Energy BarchartIn response to the European Commissions Performance of Buildings Directive since 1st October 2008 all commercial properties in the UK require an EPC by law to be produced by a qualified and accredited NDEA upon construction, rent or sale.

An EPC will be produced following an assessment of heat loss and CO2 emissions and it will detail the energy costs of the building and its carbon emissions.

The building will be given an energy efficiency rating and an environmental impact rating from A to G.

The certificate will also offer advice on how to improve the energy and environmental impact rating, saving your business money and reducing your company's carbon footprint.
